Refund and Return Policies

Trailer Parts Purchase

We understand that sometimes there may be a change of mind after purchasing. Although all our products comply with Australian Standards, they may have different looks and installation requirements. We recognise that our parts may not fit your situation, and we are happy to offer a 100% refund for the products listed below within 7 days of the invoice date.

Eligible items for change of mind refund and return:

  • Coupling
  • Jockey Wheel
  • Break-Away Units
  • Coupling Lock

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at or 1300 311 333 to initiate the return.
  2. Provide your invoice number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).


Trailer and Trailer-Related Purchase

For all trailer purchases, we do not accept change of mind refunds and returns after the trailer has been collected or delivered, regardless of its registration status. This policy applies to all items on the invoice.

Items not eligible for return and refund:

  • Trailers
  • Cage, Ramps, Ladder Racks, and Canvas Cover that have been installed and/or modified
  • Replacement, modification, and installation services, including labour charges that were agreed upon, completed, and accepted on-site
  • Spare wheels
  • Delivery service (before departure only, see Delivery Arrangements clause)

Products with Issues

We are happy to offer a replacement of the same type or a refund for any major issues found within our products that are not caused by:

  • Misuse of the product
  • Damage noticed prior to purchase and agreed upon by the customer
  • Problems caused by any action by someone other than our staff

Delivery Arrangements

We can only provide cancellation of delivery services if notified 24 hours prior to the delivery departure. We require written consent for the cancellation of the delivery service, as well as bank details to process the refund.


Delivery Acceptance

If no questions are raised about the delivery of the trailer or any other product, we consider the delivery as accepted. If there are, please notify the deliverer or us immediately

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of change of mind. For faulty items, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs with a detailed invoice provided.
