Cancellation of Delivery Service: If you need to cancel a delivery, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. We require written confirmation and your bank details to process the refund.

Driver Contact: Our driver will contact you within a reasonable timeframe before the delivery to confirm the delivery details and time.

Delivery Acceptance

Upon delivery, please inspect your trailer or other products. Customers should perform a full check of any delivered product and report any issues or faults within the same day of delivery. If no questions are raised about the delivery, we will consider the trailer and other delivered items as accepted.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 14 business days of receiving the order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Generally, deliveries within Sydney take upto 10 business days, while other locations may take up to 20 business days.

Shipping Method: We use multiple courier service to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.
