Repair
An eligible issue may be remedied through an appropriate repair.
Replacement
Replacement may be available where required by the applicable consumer guarantee provisions.

Frequently Asked Questions
These answers provide general guidance about submitting, inspecting and assessing a King Kong Trailers warranty request. Every request is reviewed according to its individual circumstances.
No. Submitting the online form begins the review process only. Warranty eligibility is confirmed after the available information and the trailer have been assessed.
A physical inspection is generally required before a written warranty repair or replacement can be approved. The inspection helps determine the cause, condition and appropriate next steps.
Do not arrange repairs, remove affected parts or make modifications before receiving written instructions. Unauthorised work may prevent the original issue from being properly inspected.
Assessment time varies according to the issue, information supplied, inspection availability, required technical review and parts availability. Complete information may help reduce avoidable delays.
The customer should wait for instructions about the appropriate inspection location. Transport, collection and related arrangements are considered according to the circumstances and any applicable legal rights.
Normal wear, punctures, impact damage, incorrect pressure, alignment issues and deterioration caused by operation or storage are not generally covered by the written warranty. A suspected product fault may still be assessed according to its cause and circumstances.
A modification may affect a written warranty claim where it caused or contributed to the reported issue. Structural, suspension, braking, electrical and load-bearing modifications should not be completed without prior written approval.
The stated written warranty periods apply to eligible brand-new trailers sold by King Kong Trailers. Any coverage claimed by a subsequent owner requires individual review of the purchase history, trailer details and applicable terms.
Expiry of a written warranty period does not automatically determine whether rights under the Australian Consumer Law may apply. The circumstances, product age, expected durability and nature of the issue may be relevant.
Include the purchaser’s details, trailer model, VIN or identification information, proof of purchase, purchase location, a clear explanation of the issue and clear photos or videos showing the affected area.
Every request is assessed individually
