King Kong Trailers Warranty Policy

All trailers sold by King Kong Trailers Pty Ltd come with the following warranty coverage:

▪ 5-Year Structural Warranty on all brand-new trailers.

▪ 1-Year Warranty on leaf springs, lights, wiring, and jockey wheel.

▪ Other Parts and Wear & Tear

▪ Client must bring their trailer onsite in order to request for warranty maintenance.

Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. For all other components not listed above, warranty claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis upon inspection.

▪ Warranty Exclusion for Second-hand Trailers or Goods

This warranty excludes surface rust, mistreatment, misuse, and damage caused by accidents or improper use.

Second-hand or used trailers and goods are not covered by the above warranties. In addition, the warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear or abrasion
• Damage to wheels, lights, or jockey wheel
• Accidents, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance

The warranty will be void under the following circumstances:

• Any modification is made to the trailer without prior written notice and approval from King Kong Trailers Pty Ltd.
• The trailer is sold as a second-hand vehicle and the original purchase invoice cannot be provided.
