Product Overview

Heavy-duty 10×5 plant transport with a fully welded galvanised monocoque chassis.

The KKT-PT105U3500M is a tandem axle plant trailer with a 3500kg ATM, 820kg tare weight and calculated 2680kg payload.

It features a 3120mm × 1600mm internal loading area, fully welded hot-dip galvanised monocoque construction and adjustable gas-strut-assisted loading ramps for compatible compact machinery.

The running gear includes dual 50mm solid round axles, rocker roller suspension, 12-inch electric drum brakes on all four wheels, Dexter bearings, 15-inch wheels and 195/R15C commercial tyres.

A 50mm coupling rated to 3500kg, an 8-inch swing-up jockey wheel and a 12V–24V LED lighting system complete the towing and road-use setup.

Adjustable Loading Ramps

The adjustable ramps can be repositioned to suit compatible wheeled or tracked machinery.

The correct ramp spacing must be set before loading, and both ramps must be properly secured before transport.

Gas-Strut Ramp Assistance

Gas struts assist with raising and lowering the loading ramps.

They reduce manual handling effort but do not increase the ramps’ rated capacity or the trailer’s payload.

Electric Braking System

The trailer is fitted with 12-inch electric drum brakes on all four wheels.

A compatible in-vehicle electric brake controller is required for correct brake operation.
