Heavy-Duty 8×5 Hydraulic Tipper Trailer The KKT-TP85H3500 – 8×5 Tandem Axle Hydraulic Tipper Galvanised Box Trailer 3500kg ATM is designed for trade, landscaping, construction, farming and general transport applications requiring a compact hydraulic tipping trailer with strong carrying capability. Its internal body measures approximately 2440mm long, 1530mm wide and 425mm high, providing a practical 8×5 loading area for soil, mulch, gravel, green waste, tools, equipment and compatible general cargo. With a 3500kg ATM, 940kg tare weight and 2560kg load capacity, this model provides strong carrying capability for regular worksite, property maintenance and commercial use. Fully Welded Galvanised Construction The trailer is manufactured with a fully welded body and chassis and finished in hot-dip galvanising. The galvanised finish helps protect the trailer against corrosion, moisture and regular outdoor exposure. The checker plate floor provides a durable loading surface for compatible materials, tools, equipment and cargo. 425mm High Box Body This model includes a 425mm high body, offering added containment for loose materials and general cargo. The deeper body is practical for landscaping materials, soil, mulch, green waste and compatible worksite loads. All cargo must be correctly restrained before towing. Hydraulic Tipping System The KKT-TP85H3500 is fitted with a 3.5T, 1m hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic power pack. This hydraulic tipping system assists with unloading suitable materials and helps reduce manual handling during regular trade, landscaping, farm and construction work. The hydraulic system must only be operated on firm, stable and level ground, and the load must be evenly distributed before tipping. Removable Front and Rear Drop-Down Gates The trailer includes removable front and rear drop-down gates. This improves access to the trailer body and provides loading and unloading flexibility for compatible materials, equipment and cargo. All gates must be fully secured before towing. Tie-Down Rails and Aluminium Toolbox Tie-down rails provide practical restraint points for compatible cargo and equipment. An aluminium toolbox is included for storing trailer accessories, tools and small equipment. The toolbox and all loose items must be fully secured before towing. Tandem Axle Running Gear The trailer uses dual 50mm round solid axles. It is fitted with 12-inch electric drum brakes on all four wheels, supporting controlled towing when connected to a suitable towing vehicle and compatible electric brake controller. The 60mm, 7-leaf, 7mm rocker roller suspension provides stable load support for tandem axle trailer applications. Wheels, Coupling and Electrical The trailer includes 15-inch wheels with 195/R15C tyres. It is fitted with a 50mm coupling rated to 3500kg, 8-inch swing-up jockey wheel, 12V–24V LED tail lights and a 7-pin flat trailer plug.
