Product Overview

Heavy-duty 12×7 livestock transport with removable crate, rubber flooring and aluminium loading ramps.

The KKT-FT127-CATTLE is a heavy-duty tandem axle livestock trailer with a 4500kg ATM, 1420kg tare weight and calculated 3080kg payload.

Its internal loading area measures approximately 3505mm × 2130mm × 1833mm, providing a large enclosed space for compatible livestock and agricultural transport tasks.

The trailer combines a fully welded hot-dip galvanised body and chassis with a removable livestock crate, removable swing-action gates, checker plate flooring and heavy-duty rubber matting.

Two 2.5m aluminium loading ramps with dual safety rails support livestock loading, while integrated side tie-down rails provide additional restraint flexibility.

The tandem axle running gear includes 50mm solid round axles, rocker roller suspension, 12-inch electric drum brakes on all four wheels and 195/R15C commercial tyres.

The heavy-duty crate can be removed when the trailer is required for compatible non-livestock loads.

Removal and refitting must be completed safely, and the crate must be properly secured before use.

Swing-Action Gates

The removable front and rear gates use a swing-action design to support easier livestock access and loading control.

The gates must be correctly closed and secured before transport.

Aluminium Loading Ramps

Two 2.5m lightweight aluminium ramps are included.

The dual safety rails provide a more defined loading path, but the ramps must be correctly positioned on firm, level ground before livestock loading or unloading.

Rubber Floor Matting

Heavy-duty rubber matting provides additional grip, comfort and noise reduction over the checker plate floor.

The matting should be cleaned and inspected regularly for movement, wear or contamination.

Integrated Side Tie-Down Rails

Registration is not automatically included unless it is selected in the configuration. Registration availability, administration charges and branch-related costs depend on the selected pickup location.
